How Spryt collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.
Last updated 28 August 2026
Who we are
Spryt International Limited (“Spryt”, “we”, “us”) provides Care Journey Orchestration software. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. It does not cover personal data processed on behalf of our healthcare customers, where Spryt acts as a processor under a separate agreement with that organisation.
Our registered office is The Station House, Monaghan, Monaghan, H18 YK54, Ireland. Our UK address is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.
- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form: your name, organisation, role, work email, country and message.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, and the pages you visit.
- Analytics data. Only with your consent, as described in our Cookie policy.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, patient data or any special category health information through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
- To send you information about Spryt, where you have asked us to.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
Lawful bases
Under UK GDPR and GDPR we rely on consent for analytics cookies and for marketing messages, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in keeping the site secure. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you — hosting, email and analytics — each under contract and only for those purposes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on adequacy regulations or on Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it. Analytics data is retained for the period set in our analytics configuration.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email info@spryt.com. We will respond within the time limits the law allows.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and set non-essential ones only with your consent. Full detail is in our Cookie policy.
Children
This website is aimed at healthcare organisations, not the general public, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you on the site.
Contact and complaints
Questions about this policy: info@spryt.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, in Ireland the Data Protection Commission.
